Bank Branch Manager

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bank Branch Manager in San Fernando, Pampanga. The Bank Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with banking regulations, drive business growth, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications: At least three (3) years of Banking and Sales Experience.At least one (1) year in a managerial role and experience as a branch manager.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience in financial services, banking operations, and customer serviceKnowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirementsAbility to develop and implement business strategiesProficiency in financial analysis and reportingBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the banking industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood problem-solving and decision-making skillsKnowledge of banking regulations and complianceExperience in rural banking.
