We're hiring a Dispute Management Specialist in Makati!

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 PHPLocation: Makati - Onsite Duties and Responsibilities: - Receives and handles dispute from member banks.- Assesses (and shall continue to assess) each dispute promptly.- Takes genuine steps to resolve or clarify disputes in the simplest, appropriate and most effective way using approved dispute resolution processes.- Determines priority (Emergency, High, Medium, or Low) for new cases or those with no documented recommended disposition/s and to acquire details and all related information to be used in resolving such cases.- Resolves in BSS dispute containing appraisal/judgment. Job Specifications: A. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
-- Must be a graduate of any Business, Information Technology course or any related discipline.
B. WORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING REQUIREMENT: - Preferably with experience in interbank ATM and InstaPay transactional disputes or transaction monitoring/settlement- 1 year experience in a bank's e-Banking or ATM Center Operations
