Bancassurance

Job Responsibilities:
Establishes, maintains and grows relationship with bank partners.
Acts as the sales and marketing officer for the area assigned.
Ensures that targets are met for the whole region and specific partner branches
Performs client presentations and conducts closing of businesses for the company.
Takes care of the after sales servicing of the existing clients
Monitors and assists team members on branch engagement and sales goal attainment

Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree
Work experience in bancassurance sales is highly preferred for this position
Must be self-driven and highly motivated
With good interpersonal and communication skills
