JOB TITLE: Production Supervisor (Baking & Pastry)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a College or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or any related course.
Has attended trainings in Food Safety (GMP and HACCP) and ISO standards.
Must possess at least 3 years relevant experience in a team lead/supervisory role in the related field.
An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the succeeding knowledge and abilities may substitute for the education and experience requisites

JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe and cost-efficient operation of the production department to realize demands for highly safe and quality food products.
Supervises production activities and use of resources to safely and efficiently achieve daily production demands.
Supervises the performance and development of Production Staff including counseling, monitoring and appraising performance to ensure a high performing team.
Oversees the timely completion of product requirements, ensuring adherence to quality and food safety standards; ensures material wastage and variances are at acceptable levels.
Ensures the attainment of production KPI's and Objective.
Implement established policies and procedures (SOP, GMP, SSOP, etc) and ensure sustainability.
**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
