JOB TITLE: Asst.
Production Head (Baking & Pastry production)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a Bachelor's/College degree in Food Technology, Food & Beverage Services Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Must be knowledgeable of GMP, ISO Standards and HACCP a definite advantage.
Minimum of 5 years supervisory/managerialexperience in a food manufacturing/ production operations, commissary and/or similar operations focusing on mid-to high volume food production.
An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the succeeding knowledge and abilities may substitute for the education and experience requisite.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Assistant Production Head is responsible in assisting Production Head to lead and support the production unit, implement policies and procedures and manage resources to optimal use to achieve objectives while minimizing cost.
Assist the Production Head in managing production operations and resources effectively to meet KPI's, including cost targets, service levels, delivery targets, and food safety and quality objectives.
Assist in the performance and development of the production team, delegate responsibilities and appraise to ensure individual and team performance contributes to the attainment of functional objectives.
Shifting schedule, 6 days/ week

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
