Baker - Pastry Product

**FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Bakers mix and bake ingredients to produce breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
- Prepares requisition of raw materials and other supplies needed for production.
- Monitor baking process to identify needed adjustment.
- Get information from production schedules and recipes.
Check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.
- Control mixing processes and oven controls.
- Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter following recipes.
- Roll, cut, and shape dough to form dough or batter, following recipes.
- Place dough in pans, molds, or on sheets and bake in oven.
Observe products while cooking and adjust controls.
- Mix icing and other toppings and decorate cakes, pastries, and other bake goods.
- Use variety of kitchen tools, including electric mixers, pans, rolling pins, and cutting tools.
- Implement products by following recipes or creating new ones.
- Perform duties and responsibilities as required by the Commissary Supervisor

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Certificate of baking course, or at least 2nd year college level.
- Must have 2 years of practical experience in bakery.
**OTHERS**:

- Advance knowledge in all baking techniques and skills, including cake decoration, and pastry making.
Good in both oral and written communication

**Salary**: From Php15,000.00 per month
