• Conduct quality checks on pastry products throughout the production process to ensure consistency, taste, texture, and presentation meet established standards.
• Address any issues or discrepancies in product quality promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor inventory of pastry ingredients, equipment, and supplies, and place orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to pastry assistants and apprentices to ensure efficient and effective pastry production.
