Employee Specifications:

· Candidate who have trained at technical or culinary is an advantage

· Must have knowledge on how to prepare different types of bread and a wide range of pastries, like cookies, cakes and pies

· Should have some experience with bread/cake decoration techniques.

· Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters

Education and Work Experience:

· Bachelor's in Culinary Arts/Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course(s).

· Open for fresh graduate and vocational courses
