Backend Engineer (Direct Hire)


Salary: up to 120,000
Location: Pasig City (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Schedule: Day shift | 3 days work-from-home, 2 days onsite
At least 2 years relevant experience

Required Skills:

Seat 1 (Java)

Candidates with backend development experience preferred; open to those with general development or Applications Engineering backgrounds.Key Skills: Java experience is essential.Preferred Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Additional Skills: Experience with Kubernetes (k8s) is a plus.
Seat 2 (Java, AWS, Cloud)

Primary Focus: Candidates with strong AWS and Java experience.Familiarity with AWS, Azure Cloud, Lambda, ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker is essential.Ideal experience includes "DevOps on a product running on AWS ECS."Proficiency in Java or at least one OOP language in backend development.Familiarity with cloud infrastructure operations and backend development is a must.
Seat 3 (Python, Golang, or C/C++ | AWS and Kubernetes)

Focus Area: Candidates with experience in Python, Golang, and optionally C/C++.AWS and Kubernetes experience required.Priority for candidates proficient in Python and Golang, as these are the most used programming languages on our team.
