Back Office It Technician

In the US we would look for someone with A+ certification and related experience. For this backoffice position there won't be too much client interaction, although some client interaction is likely; most of the interaction with this backoffice IT teammate would be via internal CCC technicians and through CCC's service coordinator. We service clients all over the Southeast USA while our home office is in Athens, GA. We have been in business for over 17 years.

? initiative to resolve IT requests and implement permanent fixes for repeat issues
? Windows computers, servers, networks, network drives, client server networks
Requirements We could use help with backoffice IT support requests such as desktop cleanups, investigating+fixing hard drive errors, afterhours server maintenance such as fixing failed backups, auditing suspicious logins, O365 auditing+adjusting settings to our practices, etc.
Certificates or experience in Windows Server+AD environments, and O365 Ex: Modifying GPOs, group memberships, security policies (such as Conditional Access); checking Event Viewer logs, alerts related to storage, sign-in logs, security alerts; identifying/resolving issues related to backups (unreachable destinations, insufficient free space, storage capacity, hardware failure, software malfunctions) Experience with remote access Ex: Connection to multiple systems simultaneously, nested remote sessions Experience with Windows CLI (CMD and Powershell) Ex: Running commands to execute scripts, manage files, verify device information, test network connectivity between hosts Familiarity with basic business network conceptsEx: Static vs Dynamic IP addresses, DHCP, public vs private IPs, DNS, MAC addresses, VLANs Skill in Excel enough for making and working with reports for clients when they ask for details on an audit or questionnaire.Uses several RMM tools such as NinjaOne, Splashtop, SentinelOne, ConnectWise, and Zendesk.Benefits HMO with 1 free dependent upon hire Life Insurance 20 PTO credits annually VL and SL cash conversion Annual Performance-Based Merit Increases and Employee Recognition Great Company Culture Career Growth and Learning A laptop will be provided by the company 45,000 - 49,500
