We're looking for a team player who is ready to contribute to our mission, just like you! Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities: Review and verify session notes for accuracy and completeness. Assist with scheduling tasks and manage related updates in a timely manner. Perform various administrative duties as needed to support back-office functions. Communicate effectively with therapists and other team members via email and phone to ensure clear and accurate information flow. Requirements At least 6 months BPO experience Back-Office experience is an advantage Experience in ABA or similar fields is a PLUS Excellent verbal and written English skills Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shift Benefits What can we offer you?
