Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and dedicated Food & Beverage (F&B) Server to join our team. The successful candidate will be assigned to a 5-star luxury hotel in Bonifacio Global City, providing top-tier service to guests in a high-standard environment. This role requires flexibility with shifting schedules and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a luxury setting.

Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that reflects the hotel's high standards.Take accurate food and drink orders, communicate them to kitchen staff, and serve orders in a timely manner.Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guests' questions and provide recommendations.Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and adhere to health and safety regulations.Handle guest concerns and special requests professionally, escalating issues when necessary.Collaborate with kitchen and other hotel staff to uphold smooth service and dining room efficiency. Qualifications: College graduate, with a preference for Hospitality or related fields.Prior work experience or internship in a 4-5 star luxury hotel setting is required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.Available for a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
