B2B Telemarketer

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Telemarketer to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and set appointments with potential business clients through outbound calling. The B2B Telemarketer will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth by identifying and qualifying prospects, presenting our services, and maintaining positive relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce and promote our products/services.
Identify and qualify sales leads, ensuring they meet the criteria for further sales engagement.
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure a smooth transition to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
Stay updated on industry trends and our product/service offerings to effectively communicate with prospects.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and market response.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
