This is a remote position.
Schedule: 20 hours per week; Flexible; The hours will depend on the week because the client's site advertises and ships worldwide so some weeks we may need to focus on North America, and other times Europe and Australia, the client will make the schedule accordingly with the assistant Client Timezone: EDT Client Overview Join a rapidly growing e-commerce startup in the health and wellness industry. As a B2B Sales Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the company's expansion by targeting spas, wellness centers, and other health-focused businesses. You'll leverage your sales expertise to generate leads, develop compelling pitches, and close deals for our cutting-edge product line. Responsibilities Generate and nurture high-quality leads for our wellness products, with a focus on detox ionic foot spas Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to boost conversion rates Conduct targeted outreach to spas, wellness centers, and other potential business clients Create and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations Collaborate closely with the business owner to refine sales approaches and meet ambitious targets Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to successful deal closure Provide valuable insights on market trends and customer preferences to inform product and strategy decisions Utilize CRM systems and digital sales tools to optimize the sales process Requirements Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the health and wellness sector Exceptional lead generation and deal-closing abilities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency with CRM systems and modern digital sales tools Solid understanding of e-commerce dynamics and online sales processes Passion for health and wellness products and their benefits Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week with flexibility for potential full-time transition Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets Adaptability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to its growth Independent Contractor Perks Commissions Structure Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Steady freelance job ZR_16401_JOB
