RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing LinkedIn-focused marketing strategies to generate qualified leads, boost brand visibility, and foster engagement with our target B2B audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, using LinkedIn's tools and analytics to create campaigns that resonate with our audience and meet our business objectives.
1. LinkedIn Marketing Strategy Development Design and implement LinkedIn-centric B2B marketing strategies that align with our broader business and sales goals. Identify and engage with target audience segments, crafting tailored messaging to maximize reach and engagement. 2. Content Creation and Management Develop and oversee the production of high-quality LinkedIn content, including posts, articles, thought leadership pieces, and multimedia content. Ensure content aligns with brand voice, showcases our expertise, and adds value for our audience. 3. Campaign Planning and Execution Manage end-to-end LinkedIn campaigns, from ideation through execution and analysis. Run targeted LinkedIn ad campaigns and sponsored posts to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions. 4. Lead Generation and Nurturing Use LinkedIn's tools to capture and nurture leads, collaborating with sales to ensure qualified lead handoff. Build and refine LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-gen processes to identify, track, and engage high-potential prospects. 5. Analytics and Performance Tracking Monitor and analyze LinkedIn campaign performance and engagement metrics, providing regular reports to key stakeholders. Optimize campaigns based on data insights to continually improve ROI and audience engagement. 6. Community Management and Engagement Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and build relationships with influencers, partners, and prospects on LinkedIn. Participate in LinkedIn groups and discussions relevant to our industry to increase brand visibility and credibility. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on LinkedIn strategies. Proven track record of managing LinkedIn ad campaigns, including targeting, A/B testing, and budget management. Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Analytics, or other LinkedIn tools for B2B marketing. Excellent content creation skills, with experience in crafting engaging and professional LinkedIn posts and articles. Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results.
