We are looking for an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist with at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Our B2B Lead Generation Specialist is in charge of identifying potential new business opportunities for the company and our business partners. The responsibilities of this role include the conduct of lead generation through prospecting & qualifying new potential business opportunities by proactively sourcing information such as contact information and position via online tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Uplead, Craigslist, etc. about new companies and produce strategic communication plans. The person should be able to deliver Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) via prospecting through cold calling and email marketing. In addition, the person is in charge of appointment setting with the prospected clients.
To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, be independent, and can deliver results under minimal supervision.
Ultimately, you should demonstrate great skills in engaging prospects with empathy, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Proactively search for new potential clients by researching about various companies, key decision makers, and their contact information.
Conduct lead generation, prospecting and qualifying new potential clients.
Schedule sales meetings with prospective clients via email and cold calling.
Educate prospective clients about the value of TOP's services to their respective companies.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing leadership team to determine client needs effectively.
Establishing good rapport with clients.
Interact and respond to customers/clients as needed in a professional manner.
Requirements The ideal candidate would have:
Business, marketing, or similar degree.
With 1-3 years of work experience related to the field.
Proven experience and track record in lead generation.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with SalesQL or similar
Experience with Lemlist or similar.
Experience with cold calling via VOIP (Skype or similar)
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sales metrics.
Ability to problem-solve
