Job Title: Appointment Setter (B2B) – Office-Based

Job Description: The Appointment Setter (B2B) is responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, engaging them in conversation to understand their needs, and scheduling meetings or calls with the sales team. This role focuses on building rapport, promoting services, and ensuring high-quality lead engagement to support the business development team. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to achieving set targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients in the B2B sector.
Qualify leads and gather information to assess potential fit.
Schedule appointments between prospective clients and the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the system.
Follow up on warm leads and manage the appointment pipeline.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads.
Track performance metrics and report on appointment setting results.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or similar role in B2B.
Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive approach.
Ability to understand and explain the company's services to potential clients.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Preferred:
Experience in a B2B sales environment.
Knowledge of the specific industry the company operates in.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets.
