**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage and drive revenue from all the sales channels: Brokers/ Dealers, Agencies, Branches
- Ensure smooth relationship with all partners
- Motivate and develop the team
- Report directly to the FVP Sales Head

**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Proven sales track record in the financial services sector (Insurance - life or non-life, banks, asset management, credit card firms, etc.)
- People management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Amenable to be based in either Cebu or Davao
