Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of 4-year course, preferably business-related course, preferably major in marketing; a real estate licensed broker. Preferably with at least 5 years of sales and marketing experience and holding a managerial position in the Real Estate Industry . Proficient in MS Office Excellent communication and human relations skills. Good facilitation and leadership skills. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Over-all in charge of the management and productivity of Brokers Management Department, Sales Booking Teams and Digital Sales Group in the respective assigned sector, North or South. Responsible in the marketing and selling of: Residential horizontal and vertical project developments Commercial project developments Provides strategic direction, oversee the execution of strategic plans with the Sales and Marketing groups aligned with the corporate objectives and department KRAs. Develops tactical sales and marketing plans and programs which detail the activities to be done during the fiscal year. Plans, allocates and manages Sales and Marketing operating expense budget to ensure effective use and favorable output. Recommends incentive programs/reward system and brokers support packages, subject to the approval of the SVP aimed at achieving sales targets. Develops the KRAs and KPIs of all group and units under SMD and periodically evaluates performances vis-a-vis agreed KRAs/KPIs. Organizes and conducts annual and semi-annual strategic planning with the department heads, sales teams, brokers and in-house groups on a semi-annual and annual basis. Conducts monthly departmental/unit meeting and one-on-one meetings with the broker group to review and discuss team goals and performance. Recommends monthly sales promos geared towards acceleration of sales, subject to the approval of the SVP and/or President in conjunction with the approved marketing activities and department's budget. Reviews and evaluates monthly sales deliveries of all sales networks. Analyzes monthly sales reports for direct reporting to top management. Analyzes industry trends, competitors product mixes and performances, structure and compensation program through data/competitors performance reports. Reviews and endorses for approval accounts for commission override. Performs other sales and marketing related tasks as may be assigned by the Cluster Head / SVP / Top Management.
