Avp Of Operations (Bpo)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Requirements: Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt.Plan system improvements and stay updated on innovations in collections.Analyze delinquent portfolios to optimize loss mitigation, digital collections, and enhance support systems.Oversee dialer management and implement changes smoothly. People Management: Lead a team of collection and dialer managers, trainers, and other support functions.Set goals, provide direction, and evaluate performance to align with corporate strategies.Communicate performance metrics, risks, and improvement needs to stakeholders.Engage with clients on governance, reporting, and key decisions. Knowledge and Experience: Extensive knowledge of collections practices, regulations, and financial management.Ability to interact across all organizational levels to promote collections goals.Responsible for designing processes, resource planning, and optimizing client needs for competitive bids. Growth and Performance: Focus on organic growth while managing internal metrics to achieve revenue and margin goals.Regularly develop performance goals and coordinate with the teams for success.Facilitate business reviews and represent the business in client interactions and visits. REQUIREMENTS

College Graduate
At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or Director
Minimum tenure should not be less than 2 years for the past 3 companies
Handled a minimum of 500 FTE
Willing to work onsite and travel between MOA or Alabang.
Must be willing to be on a graveyard shift
