MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Requirements:- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt.- Plan system improvements and stay updated on innovations in collections.- Analyze delinquent portfolios to optimize loss mitigation, digital collections, and enhance support systems.- Oversee dialer management and implement changes smoothly.People Management:- Lead a team of collection and dialer managers, trainers, and other support functions.- Set goals, provide direction, and evaluate performance to align with corporate strategies.- Communicate performance metrics, risks, and improvement needs to stakeholders.- Engage with clients on governance, reporting, and key decisions.Knowledge and Experience:- Extensive knowledge of collections practices, regulations, and financial management.- Ability to interact across all organizational levels to promote collections goals.- Responsible for designing processes, resource planning, and optimizing client needs for competitive bids.Growth and Performance:- Focus on organic growth while managing internal metrics to achieve revenue and margin goals.- Regularly develop performance goals and coordinate with the teams for success.- Facilitate business reviews and represent the business in client interactions and visits.REQUIREMENTSCollege GraduateAt least 5 years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager or DirectorMinimum tenure should not be less than 2 years for the past 3 companiesHandled a minimum of 500 FTEWilling to work onsite and travel between MOA or Alabang.Must be willing to be on a graveyard shift
