Job description

Managing Cardoctor's social media account
Give online service and answering FAQ's to the clients/Customer
Communicates between customers and mechanics to eliminate inefficiency and comeback repairs.
Estimates repair costs and makes sure that parts or services are completed in a timely manner.
Ensures that parts inventory matches vehicles in system, coordinates with service advisor, and updates as necessary.
Maintains preventive maintenance records (hard copy and computer)
Create and submit report in a daily basis
Must demonstrate the supervisory skill, team building skills, problem-solving, basic counselling skills, and computer skills.
Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in any automotive courses
With minimum of 2 years experience in CASA or similar industry.
With good communication skills (verbal and written)
Team player and willing to work at Quezon City
Can start ASAP
