Automotive Service Advisor

• Graduate of an automotive course or any related
• Experience in automotive dealership is an advantage
• Handle telephone inquiries and advice customer necessary repair and routine maintenance
• Schedule and dispatch service repair appointments
• Prepare service and parts quotation
• Keeps service department forms and pricing guides up to date
• At least One (1) year experience in Automotive field. Knowledge in forklift is an advantage but not required
• Male
