The Practice – A Brief Overview
Our Automotive Practice focuses on areas such as Digital Transformations, Sales & Operations Planning, SAP Transformations, Spare Parts & Warranty Management, Service Process Excellence, Connected Vehicles, Dealer Performance Management, Process Automation, Value Architecture, IoT Integration, and Industry Analytics.
As part of this team, you'll contribute to:
Supporting business design, value assessments, business case creation, and process re-engineering.
Delivering end-to-end solutions across the SAP S4 HANA landscape, offering strategic insights throughout project lifecycles.
Acting as an SAP Functional Solution Architect, managing RFP responses, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
Collaborating with clients to define requirements, scope projects, design solutions, and create actionable roadmaps.
Integrating service offerings to create innovative solutions addressing client challenges.
Partnering with business development teams to shape proposal strategies, delivery plans, and SAP transformation approaches.
Managing integration projects across SAP and other ERP systems, and developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) as needed.

Your Experience Counts!
Looking for candidates at Manager/Consultant levels with experience in areas such as:
Automotive Production Planning
Quality Management
Procurement
Finance
Sales
Must Have:
SAP Sales & Distribution Expertise in Automotive, including:
Proficiency in S/4 HANA Sales & Distribution, Order to Cash processes, Business Partner, Third-Party, Intercompany, and STO scenarios.
Knowledge of Variant Configuration, VMS, and SD module integration with MM, FI, and other SAP modules.
SAP Hybris/CRM experience is a plus.
Involvement in 4-5 large-scale ERP transformation projects for global automotive clients.
Experience as an end-to-end Solution/Functional Architect, contributing to multiple RFP responses.
Proven client-facing experience across multiple key projects, showcasing leadership and strategic engagement.
An MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school is an added advantage.
