Automobile Admin Officer

Details of the offer

Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with the daily activities
- Available anytime to attend meetings and needs in the absence of the General Manager.
- Will be asked to do errands, such as bank deposits and the likes
- Must prepare all the reports from the collated data and be presented to the top management
- Does right-ups for business purposes
- Will help out with the Operations and will report any issues to the General Manager
- Filing, checking and encoding of documents
- Do weekly and monthly reports for the General Manager as a summary for filing purposes
- Performs data entry and other clerical tasks necessary in the department.
- Organizes the office and assists associates to optimize processes.
- Creates and updates records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Sorts and distributes communications in a timely manner.
- Other tasks assigned by the management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree holder
- Fluent in English and Filipino
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Automobile industry
- Advantage if knowledgeable and able to speak in Chinese (Fookien and/or Mandarin)
- Has good interpersonal skills
- Adaptive in any work environment
- Willing to relocate
- Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm work schedule

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
