As an Automobile Account CSR (Customer Service Representative), your primary responsibility is to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests related to their automobile accounts. This includes providing support for billing inquiries, account management, policy questions, and resolving any concerns or complaints. You'll need strong communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, and to effectively convey information about automobile policies, procedures, and services. Attention to detail is crucial for accurately documenting customer interactions and updating account information. Additionally, problem-solving skills are essential for addressing customer concerns and ensuring a positive experience with the automobile company.Qualifications:• At least 6 months call center experience or 6 months customer service experience any industry• Good to excellent communication skills• CEFR: B1 up AM score
