As an Automobile Account Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests related to their automobile accounts. This includes providing support for billing inquiries, account management, policy questions, and resolving any concerns or complaints. You'll need strong communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, and to effectively convey information about automobile policies, procedures, and services.
