Automation Tester- Lead

De ion:
1. Design, create, refactor automation s in both API and Web platforms using Selenium, REST Assured JAVA libraries.
2. Troubleshoot pipeline for continuous testing and enhance the existing automation framework
3. Consolidate team's testing progress and provide analysis on defective areas of the system under test
4. Estimate, plan, prioritize and coordinate test execution cycles to stakeholders
5. Review requirements, manual test cases, streamline end-to-end test cases when developing automated test cases.
6. Mentor the test automation engineers within the team
Years of Work Experience: 5 - 10 years
Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree
Required course (if applicable): Information Technology & Software Technology, Software Engineering
Required Certification/Professional License (if applicable): Certified Tester ISTQB Foundation Level
Field of Specialization (if applicable): Software Quality Assurance, Software Test Automation
Knowledge and Skills Requirement :
(1) At least 4 years of professional experience in software test automation (2) Understands SDLC and STLC (3) Master or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology (4) Problem-solving skills Applying solutions on test framework. (5) Experience in JAVA or other programming languages using Selenium library and RESTAssured (6) Knowledgeable in CI/CD tools and processes i.e. Jenkins and Git (7) Proficiency with Postman, Docker, SQL, Git version control (8) Familiar with Agile Scrum framework, Kanban and Waterfall methodologies (9) Strong communication skills and collaboration with product team, QA team and developers (10) reliable, goal oriented and works independently (11) preferably, with manual testing experience.
