Automation Manager

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in driving and implementing automation initiatives across multiple business functions, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of automation tools and technologies, including RPA (UiPath), Python, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform, and PowerApps.
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end automation projects.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
