Automation Engineer - Cavite

JOB PURPOSE: Plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automated systems and processes to improve production efficiency, quality, and consistency; Involves close collaboration with our global automation teams in Europe and Canada, ensuring alignment and integration of automation strategies across our international operations

- Bachelor's Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automated systems in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI development, and automation software
- Strong understanding of multi-axis robotic systems, pneumatics, industrial control systems, sensors, actuators, and robotics
- Experience with CAD software for designing automated systems
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations related to automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Knowledge of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and smart manufacturing technologies
- Experience working in a global team environment
