Job Summary Responsible for handling administrative requirements that may arise from project engagements, extra-curricular activities and records creation, maintenance of the department Specific Duties & Responsibilities Facilitate IT-related requests such as but not limited to the following: Creation/Monitoring of ITSP ticket/s to support RPA automation initiatives. Creation/Monitoring of eRSA ticket/s to support RPA automation initiatives. Creation/Monitoring of FFE and other supplies request for both IT and Non-IT related request. Initiates regular inventory of IT and Non-IT equipment Automation Helpdesk Coordinates with the business units for the approval of RPA documents such as but not limited to the following: User Story Document (USD) Solution Design Document (SDD) User Acceptance Testing Document (UAT) Safe keeps all RPA documentation Coordinates with the business units for the approval of RPA documents such as but not limited to the following: Safe keeps all RPA documentation Provides first level assistance to users in understanding, navigating and utilizing automation as well as reporting of issues/problems encountered to RPA Team. Coordinates with the business unit on the completion of the UAT in order to create and release timely status updates. Coordinate with the RPA Team on the completion of the automation development in order to create and release timely status updates.
