BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering graduate from a reputable college/ university; has good scholastic records; with at least three (3) hands on work experience and proficient in the design and drawing using CAD software; has excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication and leadership skills; can work under pressure and less supervision; can drive and a driver's license; computer literate and with basic knowledge of PC software and AutoCAD; aligns with the organization's shared values
