Including systematic and confidential information management.Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to: Compile design data / information and translate into AutoCAD / SolidWorks designs detailingDesign complies to group SHE, MMR, FLPM and local StandardsStandardize parts to minimize group spare parts inventoryDesign is meeting functional / process need / ease maintenance accessibilityAutoCAD / SolidWorks design presentation and active participations in technical review / discussionReview application usage efficiency with stakeholders and continue improve designCompile and store design data / information library to secure IP and information management filingStrictly no distribution of design information without written authorization approval fromResponsible to plan, organize, supervise, and follow up engineering and project operation tasksSupervise and monitor work project progress that has been scheduled and provide project progress reports to immediate superiorAnalyse and identify machineries problems, maintenance downtime through daily inclusive in finding best possible solutionMaintenance checklists and reports are being updated, accurate and reliableFabrication audits and ITC follow up with all internal and external stakeholdersDevelop / compile safe operations procedures and maintenance manualAny other jobs as assignedCommunication & Working Relationships Add more information on reporting lines, team members and necessary cross functional working relationships.
