Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in the financial services industry, with at least 10 years in a senior management role in auto lending or a similar financial product line.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales and Marketing General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and management of the sales and marketing of the auto loan product.
This role encompasses overseeing all aspects of the auto loan business, including product development, sales, underwriting, risk management, customer service, and compliance.
The General Manager is tasked with driving profitability, operational efficiency, and market expansion, ensuring the company delivers competitive, customer-centric auto loan solutions while adhering to regulatory requirements.
