Auto Collection Officer -Aco

Achieves productivity targets to ensure that the department meets budgeted delinquency level (flowrates, outflow, past due rate, non-performing loans).

Ensures prompt resolution of customer feedback received by Auto Loans Collections.

Supports management of performance and target attainment of co-collections officers and Collections Associates.

Assesses team output based on predefined standards, quality objectives and handling processes. Plans, develops, executes, and monitors programs and interventions, conducive to required skills to perform job and its mandates.

Acts as alternate for immediate head and co-officers if senior personnel.

Provides support to various teams, and daily, monthly, and ad hoc MIS reports. Leads cross-functional initiatives and relevant projects, and timely coordination with other concerned units/department.
