Australian Claims Officer

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in:

- Insurance Principles & Practice
- Insurance Products & Services
- Legal, Compliance & Operations
- Company Market and knowledge
- Claims Management
- Claims Notification & Investigation
- Claims Settlement
- Key Partner & Stakeholder Engagement

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain and ensure positive stakeholder interaction with brokers, clients, insured's loss adjusters, underwriters, carriers, coverholders, and service providers in a timely and professional manner throughout the claims cycle
- Deliver accurate technical and general advice to clients in compliance with policy product coverage within a range of commercial and personal product lines
- Supports company in the creation and maintenance of effective ongoing relationships between all relevant parties
- Accomplish relevant claims processes within the current operating systems and ensuring data accuracy and inclusive of updating claims progress through to claims finalization
- Prepares claims activity reports for management, as required
- Assists Client Service Officer and Relationship Manager roles
- Able to work on other mandatory tasks
