? Report monthly variances in number of kilos and sales for all outlets and concessionaires, unless there is a big daily discrepancy (more than P1,000) which should be reported to GM immediately.
? Prepare Delivery Receipt for Outlets.
? Dispatching and checking of meats total kilos, sticker per tag, meat quality every loading time (walk-in customers and Davao).
Example number of heads matches the entrails, etc.

? Remind Plant Supervisors – NMIS, GMP and FDA Accreditations
