Audit Supervisor

Location: Onsite | Makati
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor with a strong background in audit to join our team!
This is a key leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the auditing team to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Apply in-depth knowledge of accounting issues, including income taxes, revenue recognition, contingencies, and industry-specific procedures.
Ensure quality control of audits by reviewing and providing feedback on work prepared by staff.
Establish strong communication with clients and provide valuable feedback and insights.
Adhere to budget and time deadlines while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Mentor and train staff to enhance their skills and career growth.
Qualifications:
Preferably with a background in accounting & auditing firms.
At least 3 years of auditing experience and 2 years in a supervisory role.
Knowledgeable in the latest business trends and accounting standards.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of performance.
