Job Summary

The position primarily attends to the execution of routine audit procedures in consonance with the requirement of the daily operations of the company. Responsible for the execution of other audit plans as assigned per approved Audit Plan.

Key Accountabilities

· Perform routine audit for the following:

· Payroll

· Request for Business Expense (RBE)

· Expense Report/Liquidation Report

· Sales Invoices

· Incoming/Outgoing Inventory

· Purchase Requests

· Check Disbursements

· Assist in the preparation of audit plan by providing quantitative details of past audits.

· Assist in the risk assessment process by providing qualitative appraisal from past audits.

· Submit draft audit report to Senior Audit Staff

· Assist in audit activities related to Warehouse Department particular during physical inventory count.

· Perform other task that may be assigned by immediate superior or Management.

Experience & Knowledge

1 year Audit experience
Computer proficiency
Familiarity on Risk based audit
BS Accountancy of any Business Course
CPA preferred but not required
