Audit Specialist / 3 Years Of Related Experience/Urgent

Job Details:
Examine reports, records, and transactions of departments/business units to verify their accuracy through regular system/site checks.
Conduct spot/random audits of financial transactions, such as the use of revolving funds, remittance of sales/collections, and bank transactions, to ensure compliance with existing policies and recommend improvements to prevent malversation, theft, unauthorized use of funds, or abuse of authority.
Handle and regularly monitor all incident reports from various departments, issuing sanctions based on existing policies/procedures or recommending improvements as necessary.
Perform spot/random audits of procedures, practices, and results to evaluate operations and provide recommendations for improvement.
Assist during the annual/scheduled wall-to-wall inventory check and validate the results.
Qualifications:

Graduate of Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or any related course.
At least 3 years of related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting systems (e.g., QERP) and BIR compliance.
Organized and knowledgeable in government compliance regulations.
Detail-oriented, punctual, result-driven, reliable, and trustworthy.
