DescriptionConduct and document preliminary risk assessments of the auditee through Engagement Planning and Risk Assessment reportsPrepare and update Audit Program Guides and Audit Rating Systems for the auditeeDiscuss audit scope, objectives, procedures, and expectations with auditee management on the first day of fieldworkSubmit reports to department heads for their reviewEnsure the audit team is briefed and equipped to efficiently and effectively execute the audit strategy and complete the review scope, including any identified changesParticipate in pre-audit conferences with the Audit Team to discuss the approved audit engagement plan and identify potential problem areas and appropriate actionsExecute the audit plan by performing assigned audit procedures and documenting review resultsEnsure that audit scope, samples, source documents reviewed, audit procedures, exceptions noted, and other significant information are documented in the audit working papers.Monitor day-to-day tasks to ensure audit objectives are accomplishedReview team members' work and monitor the status/progress of the audit engagement until its completion when assigned as the supervising auditor (or team leader)Perform other functions as assigned by the department headRequirementsGraduate of AccountancyCertified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required; Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)Minimum of 2 years' experience in internal or external auditStrong communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsDemonstrates reliability and good moral characterWilling to work on-site in Makati CityCompanyDempsey Resource Management Inc. - Talent Acquisition Manager
