Audit Manager (Australian Account)Job DescriptionQualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any relevant course• Must be a Certified Public Accountant• Must have at least 8+ years audit experience post qualification• Must Have at least 1-2 years experience as an Audit Manager/Assistant Manager• Has excellent oral and verbal communication skills• Well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles; knowledgeable in International FinancialReporting Standard (IFRS), and/or Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP)• In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices• Experience in implementing, and assessing deficiencies of internal controls, and testingcontrols in accordance with AICPA standards• Ability to utilize advanced Excel tools, including Pivot Tables, VLookup• Organizational and leadership abilities• Good time management and organizational skills• Communication/people skills• Strong mathematical and analytical skills• Experience in Australian engagements is an advantageResponsibilities:• Monitoring the progress of the engagements handled and timely resolution of the auditfindings• Participate in training, coaching, and other developmental opportunities for Analysts,Associates, and Processors on your team and across other teams, where necessary• Collaborate with clients' key management in different matters involving financial reporting,accounting treatments, and approaches, tax implications, and business processimprovements• Leading meetings with the clients and teams regarding the status of the engagements andissues prior to the completion of the audits• Reviewing documentation prepared by supervisors and associates to ensure whether thereare issues and findings identified and with sufficient and appropriate audit evidence• Responsible for the management and control of administration in relation to the clientportfolio, including management budget cost and hours, billings, and collections from clients• Liaise with Team Managers or Service Delivery Leaders on a regular basis to understand andobtain workflow and delivery timetables and client service expectations• Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by leading staff effectively, proactivelyproviding guidance, clarification, and feedback to delivery teams, and contributing to apositive working environment by building solid relationships with superiors and subordinatesalikewe are looking for an Audit Manager with at least 8 years of experience in external/public audit. He/She must be a Philippine Certified Public Accountant and must be residing near Pasig or NCRIt is a full-time role under hybrid set-up with around once a week on-site in Ortigas, Pasig.SALARY RANGE: Up to 180,000 PHP but negotiable for higher if candidate has extensive experience/qualifications.WORK LOCATIONS: Office is in Orient Square Building, F. Ortigas Jr. Rd, Ortigas, Pasig. Work is for hybrid set-up with around 1-2x a week on-site or as needed. Candidate needs to be located or willing to relocate near NCR if accepted.WORK SCHEDULE: Day Shift. 7 am-4 pm normally, or 6 am – 3 pm during Australian Daylight Savings Time
