Audit & Compliance Associate

monitor business processes and perform routine audits to identify potential compliance risks. You will also help implement new policies, systems, or controls designed to reduce risk.

Job Responsibilities: Create and carry out extensive internal audits that cover all business functions.Identify and assess major areas of operational and compliance risk.Interview individuals, examine documents, and carry out testing processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and protocols.Prepare audit reports with findings, recommendations, and plans for action that are concise, clear, and well-documented.Team up with division heads to guarantee arrangement of interior controls with departmental goals. Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge in Smartsheet, Power BI is an advantageExcellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
