Audit And Compliance Associate

Work Schedule : 8:30am-5:30pm

Job Responsibilities : Develop and execute comprehensive internal audits encompassing all areas of the business.Assess the effectiveness of internal controls in achieving established objectives and mitigating risks.
Identify and evaluate areas of significant operational and compliance risk.
? Conduct interviews, review documentation, and perform testing procedures to verify adherence to
internal policies and procedures.
Analyze data and identify potential control weaknesses, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.Prepare clear, concise, and well-documented audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action
plans.
Communicate effectively with management at all levels to discuss audit findings and recommendations.Follow up on the implementation of agreed-upon action plans to ensure timely remediation of control
deficiencies.
? Stay updated with relevant industry best practices, internal audit methodologies, and emerging risk
trends.
? Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of internal controls with departmental
objectives.

Qualifications: Accounting graduate or any business courseExcellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge in Smaretsheet, Power BI is an advantageStrong attention to detail and accuracy
