Job Nature and Description

Candidate can form and build auditory multimedia collaterals in preparation for video-based communications. Candidate can explore, discover, and ideate stories that audience and target demographic can understand and comprehend. Candidate has the capability and passion for audio production and processing for multimedia-communication related solutions.
Candidate can display a level of "pro-activeness" for completions of projects. Looking for ways to improve and add value to client's media communications as well as being accountable to any deliverable's administrative aspect (schedule calls with stakeholders, update them with project status, meet and collaborate with professional voice over talents online to process recordings, facilitate podcast sessions and work-alongside our team's motion graphic and video editors to complete multimedia deliverables.
Candidate is highly collaborative, sociable and can partner with key stakeholders to understand different brands, markets, industries, global trends and creating custom content across various platforms.
Candidate has an 'ear' for audio related collaterals such as voice-over, music, audio-mixing and can work along with other videographers for their audio related needs.
Candidate must display a mindset as if the business is their own (with mentorship from their line-manager). Candidate has growth and excellence in mind and is keen on learning about our industry and the possibilities.


Job Requirements:

Must include a portfolio. Would be great if candidate's portfolio includes depictions of their production stages rather than just the outputs and end-results. Take us into your storytelling process.
Graduate or attended any course related to creative design music/audio production, multimedia design, motion graphics or other courses relating to the role.
Has 4+ years of audio engineering and video editing experience specializing in audio editing and production such as, but not limited to, voice over talent management/coaching, voice over editing, music editing, sound effect procurement and development, podcast production and podcast facilitation.
Technically profound in Adobe software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Tools for administrative tasks.
Knowledgeable in project management practices, agile, or Kanban and familiar with project management tools and processes such as Adobe Workfront and JIRA. (Comes with training).
Extremely detail-oriented, well-organized, able to shift focus on different projects, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Can work with both Mac and Windows Operating Systems.
Can work within a (3pm-12am PHT) or (9pm-6am PHT) shift
Is enthusiastic, have strong communication skills, empathic, and highly collaborative.
