Au Legal Assistant (Hybrid And Dayshift)

- Full time position
- Renumeration: up to Php 50k per month.
- Work Schedule: 7AM to 4PM PHST
- Hybrid Arrangement: Ortigas Area

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive legal support Senior Paralegals and Solicitors.
- Review, amend, and prepare legal documents required for the business or transaction.
- Liaise with third parties, including clients and other stakeholders related to matter.
- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy in client billing and invoices.
- Assist in general administration duties such as documentation, proofreading correspondences, and research.
- Ensure accuracy of data entered in the CRM System (Action Step) provided.
- Respond to inquiries, calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal in law firm.
- Ideally, in an Australian Law firm , specialise in Family law.
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (2x WFH and 3x onsite)
- Experience with Action step is preferred.
- Experience in an office environment
- Typing speed of a minimum of 60wpm with accuracy.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Drive.
