Job Posting: Bookkeeper
Shift: AU Business Hours
Position Type: Full-time - Remote

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Xero: bank feeds, reconciliations, BAS/IAS, and financial reports.
• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable: payments, invoicing, and schedules.
• Oversee Payroll: onboarding, processing, reporting, and compliance.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Use Xero add-ons and POS systems, and understand Australian GST rules.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of Xero experience with Australian businesses.
• Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Xero Advisor and Xero Payroll certifications.
• Proficiency in Excel and fluent in English.
• Familiarity with Australian Modern Awards and Xero add-ons.
