Job Description
Operation:
Providing technical support and training to CTM Operators & Users.
Onsite training per client requirements
Onsite maintenance, repairs, and installations of ATMs at various locations nationwide.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with ATMs in the field.
Install, configure, and upgrade ATM hardware and software components during onsite visits.
Conduct preventive maintenance checks on ATM systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Conducting reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy in ATM cash levels and transactions.
Support:
Respond promptly to service calls and perform onsite repairs as needed, adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address escalated technical issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Keep detailed records of service calls, maintenance activities, and inventory, utilizing our centralized tracking system.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations related to ATM operations at all onsite locations.
Provide technical support and training to ATM users and other team members nationwide as needed.
Maintenance:
Conducting routine preventative maintenance checks on ATM systems: Regular maintenance activities help prevent potential issues and ensure the longevity of ATM hardware and software components.
Installing, configuring, and upgrading ATM hardware and software components during onsite visits: These activities involve maintaining and improving the functionality and security of ATMs, ensuring they meet the latest industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards related to ATM operations: Compliance with regulations and security standards is essential for protecting customer data and maintaining the integrity of ATM transactions.
Job Qualification
Must be a graduate of IT, Computer Science or any related courses &/or technical certification or degree preferred.
Proven experience as an ATM Technician or similar role with a focus on onsite field and support activities, cash reconciliation, and maintenance.
Strong understanding of ATM hardware, software, and networking concepts, with proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
Background in reconciliation, replenishment and ATM cash loading is a plus factor.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to tight schedules and deadlines.
Willingness to travel extensively nationwide and respond to emergency service calls on short notice, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Participate in meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
