Qualifications:College graduate preferably major in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other related fields.Completion of LOMA 1&2 courses and other industry-related seminars/coursesAt least five year work experience in Life insurance business (admin/sales) Ability to:Communicate and interact in a professional mannerNegotiate/persuade others for the CompanyHandle rejections with grace and to persevere to close an accountSupervise sales team and support servicesConduct orientation sessions from rank & file to top management levelExplain and represent Swiss Life and other partners to prospects and existing clientsExplain and confidently provide answers to queries re policy provisions and other related topics
