  Join Our Team as an Asst Manager, Digital Shopper Experience! JOB PURPOSE: Are you passionate about creating digital experiences that captivate and convert? As our Asst Manager, Digital Shopper Experience, you'll develop cutting-edge digital materials on our eCommerce retail and media platforms to boost shopper consideration and purchase intent, all while keeping our brand guidelines front and center.
In today's fast-paced digital world, attention spans are shorter than ever, and we need innovative minds to create thumb-stopping, sales-generating content. You'll gain deep insights into the shopper's mindset at every stage of their journey, ensuring our digital assets exceed expectations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Leadership: Support strategy development and lead the creation and implementation of shopper navigation journeys on our eCommerce retail and media platforms, including Meta, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shops.
Collaborative Coordination: Lead and manage relationships with KOS/Creators/MCN agencies/Livestream partners to meet platform needs. Coordinate regulatory requirements. Streamline workflows with internal and external stakeholders for seamless collaboration and timely delivery.
Brand Advocate: Ensure all digital materials align with brand guidelines and advocate for brand experience.
Team Management: Oversee job scope and workload for in-house designers. Maintain and manage our Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool.
Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the effectiveness of digital assets, optimize based on performance indicators, and gather competitive insights to foster a "test and learn" environment.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH: Internal Collaborators: eCommerce Team (BDM, CDM, Performance Marketing), Cross-Functional Counterparts (Brand, IBE), Contract Staff (Designer).
External Partners: Distributors, Agency Partners, and Retailers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTokShop).
LEADERSHIP / SUPERVISION: This is an individual contributor role where your initiative and creativity will shine!
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in any field (a background in Statistics is a plus).
Experience: 2-3 years of professional experience related to digital assets for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTokShop flagship stores.
